The preliminary site plan/plat was approved by the Planning Commission and City Council in October 2024.
The final site plan/plat will go before the Planning Commission and City Council sometime in the future.
A demolition permit was given on Friday, May 9 for the demolition of the existing residence and the removal of trees on the Cloud HQ property.
Cloud HQ is taking these steps to ensure the safety and security of the property and the neighborhood.
Access for this work will occur via West Creek Lane only.
No additional construction activities are planned at this time.
