Group fitness classes are a great way to stay motivated and connected! We offer classes for all ages and abilities ranging from Active Older Adult, to HITT (High Intensity Interval Training), or Cycle! You can participate in a group fitness class by becoming a member or purchasing a daily admission pass.

Our class is designed to be size friendly and beginner-oriented, focusing on building functional movement skills. We will work on mastering the basics, including boosting endurance, increasing agility, gaining strength, and improving cardiovascular health. We understand that starting a fitness journey can be challenging, so we prioritize creating a supportive environment where everyone is welcomed, and no one is left behind. Location: CCC Pool
Join us in the pool where you are surrounded by the natural resistance of the water. We will utilize the shallow and the deep water as well as a variety of aqua tools including buoyancy belts, noodles and water weights. Cardio and strength will be the focus of this 45 minute workout. There is little to no impact on your body which makes this work out a great fit for any level (ages 12+).
