When you step onto the field/court, you are not alone. You’re with your team. So why train alone? Train together as a team and watch the entire group improve! ACE Certified Personal Trainer with experience in training strength, cardio (both high and low impact), balance, and core strengthening. Sarah is skilled at helping those who are new or newly returning to their fitness journey as well as active older adults looking to gain confidence and avoid any pre-existing injuries. Sarah also enjoys encouraging and assisting individuals who lack the drive to consistently prioritize their fitness journey. After an initial intake session, we will be able to create an accountability plan that will help you internally motivate yourself and overcome obstacles that may get in the way of your health journey. Strength Equipment Orientation - FREE!
New members can learn how to safely and effectively use our cardio and strength equipment by scheduling a free equipment orientation! You will walk away with a generic workout card and recommended reps/sets. Orientations are available by appointment.
